Because StartupOps AI delivers your diagnosis instantly, one-time purchases are non-refundable once the diagnosis has been generated.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't issue partial-period refunds.
No hidden charges
What you see is what you pay. No surprise fees, no auto-upgrades.
